I'm not certain there's much to share - I'm old and confused AF about what to do with the remainder of my existence. Did you know you can officially enroll in AARP way before retirement age? I didn't until my cousin, who is 1 week younger, bragged on his birthday that he stayed up until 12.01am to sign up. He can't wait to start getting those discounts! I'm having trouble processing that and the reality that I am not a 30-something anymore. I created a blog to pass the time.

I'll just be recording thoughts that float through my brain, it's wild in there! I'll share things I learn, art I like, what I'm reading, watching or listening to, etc. I've somewhat isolated myself for multiple reasons. It started with Covid and then became a bit of a way of life after the loss of loved ones, grieving that takes time, and figuring out how to move on - and even live a little. I make no promises of grand travel adventures, making freaking crafty shit, or true stories that inspire in any way.

As a visitor here, you become part of the circus. Reading, considering and commenting on my content is welcome. The only other creatures I talk to are my sister, a few close friends and 2 cats. Mostly the cats. I'm circling the bowl here, people.

Despite whatever has happened in the last few years, I do maintain deep gratitude for those who stay by my side. I also have a ton of love to share, which I try to put toward cultivating a deeper understanding of life outside. I learned years ago that if I react negatively to things it's because I don't yet understand them. Once I dig in to any topic I'm delighted by what I find. Don't be afraid to join me on the journey.
